1. Introduction

Zedith AI ("Zedith", "we", "our", "us") is an AI-powered content creation and analytics workspace built for YouTube and other content creators. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Zedith at zedithai.vercel.app, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

We collect and store the following in our database (Supabase):

• Account & profile: email address, display name, username, bio, subscription plan, and credit balance.
• Chat history: the full text of your conversations with Zedith's AI — including messages you send and the AI's responses — saved so you can revisit past chats. Chats are linked to your account and, if applicable, the project they belong to.
• Projects: project titles, categories, tasks, notes, and any files you attach to a project.
• Uploaded files: files you upload into a project (stored in our file storage) and voice sample audio you upload for voice cloning.
• Planner entries: content calendar / planner items you create.
• Voice generation history: a log of AI voice generations you create.
• App settings: your preferences such as theme, AI response style, and any custom system prompt you set.
• Credit usage & notifications: a log of feature usage tied to credits, and in-app notifications.
• YouTube account data (via Google OAuth): with your explicit permission, we access YouTube data such as your channel information, video metadata, and channel analytics, in order to power script writing, thumbnail feedback, content ideas, and analytics features inside Zedith.

You can delete individual chats and projects yourself from within the app. For full account deletion or removal of other stored data (files, planner items, voice history), contact us directly (see Section 10).

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain Zedith's features (chat, scripts, thumbnails, planner, analytics).
• To connect to your YouTube account and display or analyze your channel's data inside the app, only for the features you actively use.
• To save your projects, chats, and preferences across sessions.
• To communicate with you about your account, such as verification emails or support responses.
• To maintain the security and integrity of the platform.

We do not sell your personal data or your YouTube data to third parties. We do not use your YouTube data for advertising purposes.

4. Google & YouTube API Data

Zedith's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. YouTube data accessed through your account is used only to power the specific features you use inside Zedith (such as analytics display or content suggestions) and is not shared with third parties or used to train general-purpose AI models.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (our cloud database and authentication provider). We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No system is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

6. Your Choices & Rights

• You can disconnect your Google/YouTube account at any time via your Google Account permissions page.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us (see below).
• You can delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.

7. Third-Party Services

Zedith uses trusted third-party services to operate, including Supabase (database & auth), Google OAuth (sign-in and YouTube data access), and AI model providers to power chat and content features. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

8. Children's Privacy

Zedith is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
