1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Zedith AI ("Zedith", "we", "our", "us") at zedithai.vercel.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Zedith.

2. What Zedith Is

Zedith is an AI-powered content creation and analytics workspace for YouTube and other content creators, offering features such as AI chat assistance, script writing, thumbnail feedback, content planning, voice generation, and channel analytics (when you connect your YouTube account).

3. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Zedith.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or attempt to circumvent credit/usage limits.

4. Credits & Plans

Zedith operates on a credit-based system. Free accounts receive a monthly credit allowance; paid plans (e.g. Zedith Pro) offer additional credits and features. Credits reset periodically as described in-app. We may change credit costs, limits, or plan pricing at any time, with reasonable notice for paid subscribers where required by law.

5. Connecting Your YouTube Account

If you choose to connect your Google/YouTube account, you authorize Zedith to access the specific YouTube data covered by the permissions you grant (such as channel information and analytics) solely to power in-app features. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Our use of this data is further described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or generate using Zedith (chats, projects, files, voice samples, planner items). By using Zedith, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

7. AI-Generated Content

Zedith uses AI models to generate scripts, ideas, feedback, and voice content. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before publishing or relying on it, including for compliance with YouTube's or other platforms' policies.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Zedith for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to Zedith's systems.
• Use another person's YouTube account or data without authorization.
• Abuse the credit system, including through automated or fraudulent means.

9. Service Availability

Zedith is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zedith and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including reliance on AI-generated content or issues with connected third-party services (such as YouTube or Google).

11. Termination

You may stop using Zedith and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Zedith after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
